Summer Programs

Please read below for important registration information!
At Athenian Summer Programs, we take fun seriously! With offerings for First Grade through High School-aged campers, we have something fun for everyone. Join us for another summer of exploration and joy in community.

Athenian Summer Programs uses ACTIVE for its camper registration system, but we are required to use a different system to collect all health/medical information. After families register, our Health team will be reaching out to collect health/medication information through a separate, HIPAA compliant platform.

Please note the following deadlines for registration:

Priority Registration
  • for Athenian Current Families and Alumni: on February 7, 12 PM 2025
  • for “Returning Summer Owls” (Families who have done 3+ summers at Athenian Summer Programs in the last 4 years): on February 10, 7:30-8:30 AM, 2025
    • Note that this window of registration will close at 8:30 AM to allow us to prepare for the next window of registration
Regular Registration

      • If you do not complete the health form process by the stated discount deadline, even if you are having technical difficulties or other challenges, you will not receive the automatic 5% discount.

The discount applies to the second, third, etc. registration/sibling. Siblings will receive a 10% discount on camps and classes and 50% off for transportation (this does not apply to add-ons, such as transportation, extended care, or swim lessons).

Enrichment Camps

We are offering enrichment classes in two of our sessions this summer: Session 1 and Session 2. The class schedule and descriptions available here.

Our summer enrichment classes are a great option for families looking to customize their camper’s summer experience. In this “build-your-own-camp” model, campers can explore a variety of fun classes—such as: speech and debate, F1 block robotics, cooking, ceramics, arts and crafts, and more (dependent on each session’s availability). Enrichment classes are taught by our talented Athenian School faculty and local artists and educators. Click the box below to learn more about our classes.

This summer, enrichment classes are grouped together in half-day blocks for families and campers to choose from. Campers who sign up for AM Half Day camps and classes will be picked up after lunch (lunch is included for free, and pick-up is typically from 12:30-12:45 PM). Campers who sign up for ONLY PM half day options will not be able to have lunch (Drop off is typically 12:30-12:45 PM). More information on pick-up and drop-off will be provided to registrants closer to program start dates.
