    9th Gr. Pre-Orientation[Virtual]

    Virtual
    Join us for a virtual welcome event for all 9th-grade students and guardians. This meeting is an opportunity to meet our administrative team and get acquainted with life at Athenian. We'll cover important topics including the school calendar, daily schedule, handbook, and details about the orientation trip to Pinecrest, which departs the following day.     10th Gr. Pre-Orientation[Virtual]

    Join us for the 10th Grade Pre-Orientation, which will be immediately followed by the Round Square Exchange Program Orientation for students and families at 12:00 PM. This event is virtual, ensuring everyone can participate from the comfort of their own homes. New 10th-grade students and families are invited to join the meeting at 11:00 AM for an introduction session. The general orientation will begin at 11:30 AM.

    Join us for the Athenian Wilderness Experience (AWE) Banquet, celebrating the students who completed the High Sierras course. This event is for those students and their families. The evening will include reflections, presentations, and a shared meal to honor the achievements of our AWE students.

    Class of 2025: College Admission Essay Workshop & Orientation

    Multiple Locations On Campus
    A required college application workshop with multiple sessions for seniors that will include college admission officers from across the country who will be joining us on campus and virtually. Each senior will have one on one time with an admission counselor to review their Common Application essay.
    Lunch is provided.

    APA Parent Welcome Coffee

    All parenting adults are welcomed to the soccer field for coffee, snacks, and a deep exhale after first-day drop off! Join us for five minutes or the duration of the event to meet other parenting adults. 
    Please note that the main parking lot is reserved for students. Drop your student off in the car line, exit the lot, and park along Mt. Diablo Scenic Blvd. Walk the scenic path to the soccer field and we'll see you there!
